“Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn't you – all of the expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.”

Jayme Nichols, MA, LPC
In my work as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I value developing a secure therapeutic relationship as the foundation for our work together. I am client-centered and trauma informed with a focus on collaborative therapy. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to share honestly, discover patterns that are roadblocks, and build new skills for growth. I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, trauma, identity struggles, self-esteem issues, spiritual abuse, and social anxiety.
One of my favorite parts of the counseling process is providing a safe haven for you to just be. That is why, after years of working in the mental health field, I launched Soulspace Counseling. Soulspace is a where you can begin to explore feelings and patterns that keep you stuck, confused, frustrated, and disconnected. We will work together to achieve greater understanding and insight that can help develop new skills and ways of thinking that will enhance your relationship with yourself and others as you create new healthier patterns of being.
I welcome all of you and I am rooting for you! Schedule your free consultation today!
